Unfortunately, starting November 1, 2024, our e-commerce portal via Acella will no longer be available for NP Thyroid product purchases, and customers will not be able to make purchases using a credit card. We expect these changes to remain in effect until at least Q2 of 2025 and are currently working on a path forward through Acella for our NP Thyroid e-commerce portal credit card customers. • We would encourage you to place advanced NP Thyroid orders on our e-commerce portal via Acella to accommodate your demand over the next few months before October 23, 2024. We can accept all orders up to that date, so please feel free to use this option ASAP.
• We have established an alternative credit card solution for you by leveraging our relationship with Greenhill Trading, Inc. Greenhill Trading is a licensed wholesale distributor located in NY that can accept your orders and credit card payments for NP Thyroid and distribute the product to you via ground shipments. Greenhill Trading carries thousands of other pharmaceutical products that they sell and distribute as well. Additionally, please be aware that effective October 21, 2024, customers who have not provided their GLN/SGLN information to be set up to receive EPCIS files for Serialization will not be able to purchase any products.
